Ode to Water is inspired by the importance of Cairngorm Mountain water in our whisky making process. Limited to only 324 bottles, this release explores the influence of water flowing through our unique copper cooling rings during distillation.

Filled into first fill ex-bourbon barrels on 29 June 2016 before spending a further two years in hand selected first fill ex-bourbon barrels from Louisville, Kentucky, this natural colour, non-chill filtered whisky reveals notes of pineapple, mango and lychee alongside bright zesty citrus, vanilla and sweet oak.
