TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Prize Draw is open only to entrants in the UK, aged 18 years or over.
2. Employees of Whyte and Mackay Limited, Saint Vincent Plaza, 319 St Vincent Plaza, Glasgow, G2 5RG (“the Promoter”) their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are prohibited from entering.
3. Competition commences 9th December 2020, closes at 11:59pm 31st December 2020 (“Promotional Period”). All entries must be received within the Promotional Period. Any Entries received out with the Promotional Period will be discounted.
4. To enter, you must Like the competition Instagram Post, Tag a friend on the competition Instagram post and follow our Instagram @fettercairnwhisky.
   - Your entry must not infringe the intellectual property of any third party. This includes the use of third party trademarks, images and/or copyright. By uploading your photographs, you warrant that they are created by you. Your Entry shall not comprise of anything which is irrelevant, obscene or vulgar, offensive, abusive, harmful, threatening, libellous, defamatory, invasive of another’s privacy, sexually or racially or ethically or religiously insulting, harassing, abusive, profane or otherwise unlawful. All Entries will be screened and Promoter reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to remove and disqualify any Entry which is in breach of this clause.
   - Any competition entry containing individuals Whyte and Mackay consider to be under 18 will be excluded from the competition and Whyte and Mackay reserves the right to hide or remove this content from any of their digital channels.
   - Whyte and Mackay reserve the right to exclude competition entries that appear to encourage irresponsible drinking or behaviour and hide or remove this content from any of their digital channel.
   - Whyte and Mackay reserve the right to hide or remove content from any of their digital channels that contains references to competitors of Whyte and Mackay or any third party logos or trademarks.
   - Any malicious or manipulative attempt to influence will result in disqualification. Automated entries will be automatically disqualified. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of the terms and conditions or incorrect, illegible, fraudulent or other invalid or improper information has been provided, Whyte and Mackay may at its sole discretion refuse to process an entry or fulfil any prize award.
5. Promotion is limited to one entry per person. Multiple entries will not be accepted.
6. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete or corrupted entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions will be rejected.
7. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any kind of network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
8. The four winners will be the entries chosen at random by the judges. Promoter’s decision on all matters in this promotion are final.
9. The winners will be contacted by Instagram Messenger within 14 days of the end of the promotional period via Instagram account attributable to entry. All reasonable effort will be made to contact the winners, however, if a winner has not responded by Instagram Messenger within 7 days, an alternative winner may be chosen. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The Prize consists of: One Fettercairn print. Four (4) sets of Prizes available in total to be won in this promotion. Each winner will receive one (1)Prize.
11. Prizes will be delivered within 30 days of winner confirmation/response, to a single address provided by the winners by signed-for courier. Proof of age will be required prior to despatch of the prizes to the winners.
12. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative to the stated prizes. However, the promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal or greater value if the advertised prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond the control of the promoter.
13. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prizes will only be available directly to the winners.
    By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
14. By submitting a Comment, Photo, Video or any content, entrants will be deemed to have consented to Whyte and Mackay (or one of their brands) making use of this content within online promotional channels such as websites and social media pages. This consent will be taken as lasting indefinitely.
15. The Promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for damages, losses or injuries that result from acceptance of the prize.
